Kenco Group is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive day-to-day warehousing activities at our Indiana facility. You will oversee KPI attainment, inventory integrity, and budgeting while guiding staff and implementing safety and continuous improvement programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity and network best practices. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in warehousing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of warehousing, distribution experience required.
• At least three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement and inventory integrity within the facility.
• Lead staff through safety, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting and financial results for designated areas.
• Coordinate with safety, HR, and engineering on productivity programs.
• Plan and implement network best practices at the site.
• Develop staff to ensure capable management succession.
• Review operational and financial reports to drive changes.
