Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement and productivity goals for the site.
• Ensure inventory integrity and accurate reporting of stock levels.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and staff development of direct reports.
• Assist with site budgeting and financial result accountability; control costs.
