Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive KPI targets, and manage budgets. You will lead supervisors and frontline staff, implementing best practices for safety and efficiency across the site.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with safety, HR, and engineering to improve productivity and cost control. Travel is expected up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and KPI achievement.
• Manage budgeting and financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and work instructions; supervise staff.
• Lead cross-functional improvements, capacity planning, and throughput analyses.
• Develop staff, motivate teams, and handle performance issues.
