KLS Kenco Logistic Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and manage workflows in a distribution setting. The role emphasizes scheduling, assigning duties, coaching, and ensuring adherence to SOPs while maintaining efficiency and cost control.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least three years in warehousing and six months in a supervisory role, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Balance workload and schedule to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Assign duties and ensure quality, neatness, and policy conformity.
• Monitor and assist with outbound order shipping accuracy.
• Issue instructions and maintain associate accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor associates and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support safety programs and participate on Safety Committee.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and standard works.
