Job summary

KLS Kenco Logistic Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse teams and ensure safe, high-quality work. You will plan volumes, schedules, and workflows to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in warehousing or distribution and a minimum of six months in a supervisory role, along with solid PC and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment with a focus on safety and quality.
• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy conformity.
• Monitor outbound shipping for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide instructions and coach associates, including performance evaluations.
