Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations/Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities. The role focuses on optimizing efficiency, productivity, and profitability across departments on 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM).

You will manage ~150 staff, including temporaries, and participate in daily P&L discussions with Corporate. Responsibilities include reporting to senior management, enforcing SLAs, and driving continuous improvements in inventory control and safety.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of management in high-volume operations with P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience using WMS and inventory management systems; OSHA familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive cost control, productivity, and KPI attainment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations across departments.
• Manage ~150 temporary and full-time associates and shift coverage.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Align department goals with revenue, OpEx, and gross margin targets.
• Ensure SLAs with customers are met and issues resolved promptly.
• Develop policies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitor daily P&L calls and financial performance with corporate.
• Control inventory levels and optimize stock movements and costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing warehouse team.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service.
