Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager for the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday - Friday) to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and manage budgets and P&L. The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office, plus experience with OSHA standards.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with logistics, procurement, and customer service, while ensuring safety and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership in high-volume production, manufacturing, distribution or service environment.
• Experience working with P&L/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to streamline workflow, improve productivity, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&L reporting; participate in daily P&L calls with Corporate management.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory management to minimize stockouts, overstock, and holding costs.
• Meet or surpass daily KPIs with accurate reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff; provide guidance, training, and feedback for high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate warehouse operations and address customer needs.
• Communicate with Corporate management and customers to ensure SLAs and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage in employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide support for escalated issues during shifts and with corporate resources for troubleshooting.
• Utilize WMS and other tools to track inventory, monitor metrics, and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
