Job summary

CTDI in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse day-to-day activities, optimize workflows, and drive P&L performance. You will lead a high-volume team, implement policies to improve productivity, and report on key metrics to Corporate.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, and shipping; managing inventory and KPI attainment; and coordinating with cross‑functional groups to meet customer SLAs while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience with P&L/budgets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in WMS, inventory software, and MS Office.
• Effective communication, motivation, and influence across levels.
• Problem-solving with a strategic mindset and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Project Management and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
• Manage reports, daily P&L, and participate in P&L calls with Corporate.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to reduce costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide timely performance reporting.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet needs.
• Ensure SLAs with customers are met and resolve issues promptly.
• Address employee relations and escalate corporate resource needs as required.
• Utilize WMS and other tools for tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
