Job summary

CTDI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Flower Mound, TX. You will supervise receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping while driving P&L results and efficiency improvements.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and SLAs. The role demands 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced environments, strong analytical skills, proficiency with WMS

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience (P&L/budgets preferred).
• Proficient in managing a demanding workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Capable of working independently in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in WMS, inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and influence across levels.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making with a strategic mindset.
• Proficient knowledge of Project Management and prioritizing deadlines.
• General knowledge of OSHA Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Manage reports, P&L and daily performance analyses; participate in daily calls with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting.
• Lead and train warehouse staff; foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet customer needs and SLAs.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues resolved.
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide escalation support during shifts; coordinate with corporate for escalations.
• Utilize WMS and other tools to track inventory and generate actionable reports.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
