Job summary

CTDI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities on First Shift. You will supervise receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, while driving KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to meet SLAs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehouse leadership, strong data analysis, and proficiency with WMS, Kronos/UKG, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume production, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing or service environment with P&L/budgets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in managing workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to streamline workflow, improve productivity, and enhance efficiency.
• Manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&L reporting, including daily P&L calls with corporate management.
