Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an experienced site operations leader in the United States to oversee daily facility operations, drive KPI achievement, maintain inventory integrity, and lead continuous improvement programs. This role reports to the General Manager and partners with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity and cost control.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and several years of warehousing/ distribution leadership experience, with a focus on safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement, inventory integrity, continuous improvement and employee development of direct reports.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, standard work and customer-provided documentation.
• Budgeting and financial results management for areas of responsibility.
• Motivate, train, supervise and evaluate subordinates; hire/downsizes as needed.
