The role involves budget oversight and collaboration with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvements while maintaining a strong safety culture. Travel may be required for network initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three+ years of related experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Five+ years of warehousing/distribution leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity goals are met.
• Maintain inventory integrity and adherence to SOPs and policies.
• Lead budgeting efforts and help maximize net income through cost control.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering to drive productivity improvements.
