Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field.
• 8-10 years of supply chain management, business management or logistics experience.
• 3-5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Supply Chain certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to maximize team performance.
• Robust understanding of supply chain strategies.
• Strong customer relationship skills; balance customer expectations with corporate goals.
• Strong problem-solving, planning/organization and decision-making ability.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Interpersonal influence, adaptability, and travel readiness.
• Understanding of HR costs and growth; proactive employee relations.
• Financial practices and accounting knowledge; ability to set policy and lead.
• Ability to lead via team approach and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Execute and form the network vision; translate vision to sites and staff.
• Identify new business opportunities; maximize revenue and margins with customers.
• Facilitate monthly/quarterly business reviews; showcase performance and value.
• Oversee day-to-day site performance; introduce KPI improvements.
• Meet monthly with General Managers for ops alignment.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network to reduce risk.
• Develop customer profiles; review issues, structure, opportunities, and contracts.
• Build business cases and present value solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training; work with L&D for staff development.
• Lead implementation of new programs; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Use Lean Six Sigma to assess capabilities for efficiency, safety, quality, and finance.
• Regular site visits to maintain management presence aligned with Kenco principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
