Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Director of Logistic Operations to oversee regional site activities and act as the liaison with clients, driving value-added services and long-range plans that maximize profits. This role requires frequent travel and a strong focus on safety, KPI performance, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of supply chain management, business management or logistics experience.
• 3-5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Supply Chain certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the proven ability to maximize team performance.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate network vision; translate it to sites and employees.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize revenue and margins.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day site performance against KPIs and introduce new metrics.
• Meet with General Managers monthly to align on operations.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network to reduce risk.
• Develop customer profiles and review organizational needs and contracts.
• Build business cases and proposals aligned with customer objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff; partner with Learning & Development.
• Lead cross-functional implementation of new programs and processes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Conduct site visits to maintain presence and alignment.
