MTLI Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in warehouse racking, material handling, conveyor systems, or warehouse automation. This sales role targets warehouses, 3PLs, integrators, and similar industrial customers with longer sales cycles and six- to multi-million-dollar opportunities.

You will identify and develop new customers, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with operations and engineering to tailor proposals and close contracts.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant industry sales experience.
• Experience selling into warehouses and industrial customers.
• Able to manage longer sales cycles and multi-site deals.

Mansioni

• Developing new customers in your territory.
• Prospecting and building your own pipeline.
• Meeting with warehouse, operations, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Identifying new facilities, expansions, relocations, and automation projects.
• Negotiating and closing projects.
