Job summary
StorageDefender is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead their national sales strategy. This critical member of the executive leadership team will manage and mentor sales staff while cultivating relationships with top-tier clients in the self-storage and commercial real estate industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS or Prop-Tech, over 13 years of executive sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- 13+ years of executive sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS or Prop-Tech.
- Experience in self-storage, multi-family, or commercial real estate sectors preferred.
- Proven record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute national sales strategy across multiple channels.
- Hire and mentor sales teams, establishing KPIs and quotas.
- Oversee revenue pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Partner with Marketing and Product for alignment on strategies.
- Lead high-impact negotiations for institutional accounts.
- Standardize sales processes to maximize efficiency.
