Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Master's degree or bachelor's with additional 5 years of relevant experience.
• 12 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in DoW programs.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations and deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and operation of a DoW portfolio with revenue >$150M and ~400 global staff.
• Provide executive leadership to Directors responsible for Navy Acquisition, Modernization, and In-Service Maintenance programs.
• Establish and execute business strategies and priorities to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability for portfolio financial performance including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive development of innovative, technology-enabled solutions addressing customer requirements.
• Serve as executive liaison with senior government stakeholders, industry partners, and Serco leadership.
