Qualifications

• An active DoW Secret security clearance.
• A U.S. citizenship.
• A Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• or a Bachelor's degree plus additional 5 years of relevant experience.
• 12 years of progressively responsible leadership experience supporting Department of War programs, including responsibility for business operations, financial performance, customer engagement, and organizational leadership.
• To demonstrate success leading large, complex organizations and delivering operational excellence across multiple programs, contracts, or business functions.
• Experience managing large-scale business operations with direct responsibility for financial performance, revenue growth, and profit and loss accountability.
• A proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive, results-oriented culture.
• A strong strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management experience within the Department of War market.
• Exceptional communication and executive leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior government customers, industry partners, and corporate leadership.
• The ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and ops for a DoW portfolio >$150M revenue and ~400 employees worldwide.
• Provide executive leadership to Business Directors overseeing Navy acquisition, modernization, and maintenance programs.
• Set and execute strategies and priorities to grow the business and satisfy customers.
• Account for portfolio financial performance: revenue, profit, forecasting, costs, and goals.
• Drive development of tech-enabled solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
• Liaise with government stakeholders, partners, and leadership to strengthen relationships and growth.
• Spearhead business development, pipeline growth, capture support in the DoW market.
• Develop workforce, talent, and succession plans for continuity and growth.
• Lead change and continuous improvement to meet evolving requirements.
• Manage risks across operations, finances, contracts and programs while maintaining quality.
• Partner with execs to align objectives and strategies with Serco's vision.
