Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Operations Vice President of Defense Programs to lead a major DoW portfolio with $150M+ in annual revenue and a ~400-person workforce worldwide. You will drive strategic growth, executive leadership, and customer satisfaction across Navy Acquisition and In-Service programs.

This executive role requires a DoW Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 12+ years of leadership in defense operations.

Qualifications

Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Master's degree or Bachelor's with extensive leadership experience.
12+ years of progressively responsible leadership in DoW programs.
Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations and manage risk.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth and operational performance of a DoW portfolio exceeding $150M in revenue and ~400 employees worldwide.
Provide executive direction to directors handling Navy Acquisition and In-Service programs.
Develop strategies to support growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term objectives.
Oversee portfolio financials, forecasting, cost management, and profitability.
Drive innovative, tech-enabled solutions and strong government relationships.
