Job summary

Serco is seeking a visionary Leader to support the PAE Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio. You will provide cradle-to-grave acquisition leadership, managing technical innovation, contracts, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms.

The role requires DoW Secret clearance and 25% travel, with a path toward TS/SCI upgrade. You will collaborate with senior government, military, and industry stakeholders, assess program performance, and drive improvements across governance,

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance (with immediate eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI preferred).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Operations Management, Acquisition, or related field.
• 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in complex government/defense programs.
• Experience managing large government programs, contracts, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience assessing program performance, risks, and delivering recommendations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution, performance, risk and priorities.
• Support senior customer engagements and maintain relationships across the Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution, schedule performance, and readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate performance measures and drive informed decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate operational processes and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve program goals.
• Promote collaboration across government, industry, and internal organizations for mission success.
• Provide expertise on defense industrial base, supply chain considerations, and acquisition strategies.
• Monitor industry trends relevant to Navy/defense programs.
