Job summary

Qualifications

The candidate must have an active DoW Secret security clearance and US citizenship.
Proven leadership of large, complex defense programs and portfolios.
Experience driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a DoD context.
Strong strategic planning, risk management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth and operations for a major Department of War portfolio (> $150M annual revenue).
Provide executive direction to directors across multiple Navy acquisitions and maintenance programs.
Set and execute strategies to achieve growth, customer satisfaction, and business goals.
Ensure portfolio financial performance, forecasting, cost management, and risk controls.
Drive innovative, tech-enabled solutions addressing diverse mission requirements.
