Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a visionary Leader to support the Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio within the Navy's restructured PAE model. The role focuses on cradle-to-grave acquisition, lifecycle sustainment, and strategic contracting for world-class undersea platforms.

The position requires an active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade preferred), U.S. citizenship, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and 10 years of leadership in complex defense programs. Travel about 25% is expected.

Qualifications

Active DoW Secret clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, PM, Operations, Acquisition, or related field.
10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in government/defense programs.
Experience managing large-scale government contracts or programs.

Responsibilities

Advise senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution, performance, risks, and priorities.
Engage with customers and maintain relationships across Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
Assess program performance, schedules, and industrial base readiness; provide actionable recommendations.
Identify risks and improvements; influence leadership with practical solutions.
Support development and evaluation of operational processes, governance, and performance metrics.
Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across government and industry.
