Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Pricing and Analytics professional in the United States to analyze business trends and drive improvements for the customer and sales teams. The role requires collaboration with customers, sales teams, and vendors to manage contracts, track savings, and report KPI performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or 5 years with a HS diploma) and strong data analysis and presentation skills, plus Excel proficiency. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales analysis and support.
• High School Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in sales analysis and support.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Experience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, or改善 opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendors.
• Lead or participate in meetings on behalf of the customer, eg. value analysis committee.
• Discuss products, pricing and terms with vendors.
• Present findings to the customer's procurement team.
• Measure trends, KPIs, and pricing/inventory performance.
• Support sales by managing contracts and tracking savings and projects.
• Present project updates and committee findings.
• Review pricing for discrepancies and approve pricing rules with sales.
• Resolve issues in inventory, backorders, and invoices.
• Partner with internal teams and communicate resolutions.
• Lead weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance on reporting requirements and data quality.
