Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to analyze and present trends to identify improvement opportunities for customers and the sales organization. You will work with internal and external customers to drive results tied to distribution metrics and reporting requirements.

• Experience presenting to varied audiences inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel (SUM, borders, charts, wrap, sort, headers/footers).

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and develop relationships with customers, sales teams and vendors.
• Lead or participate in meetings on behalf of customers (e.g., value analysis committee).
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms; present findings.
• Measure trends and KPIs for pricing and inventory; report results.
• Support sales by managing contracts, price changes and savings tracking.
• Host weekly meetings with supply chain and Medline Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop and maintain reporting.
