Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Analyst Prime Vendor (Sales) to analyze business trends, support the customer and sales organization, and lead KPI-driven projects with vendors and internal teams.

You will manage pricing and inventory KPIs, support contract terms, and present findings to procurement and sales partners. A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience or equivalent is preferred; healthcare analytics or sales analytics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of analysis experience or 5 years with a HS diploma.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Experience analyzing data to identify issues and opportunities.
• Ability to build relationships across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendors.
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms and present findings.
• Measure pricing and inventory KPI trends and efficiencies.
• Support sales by managing contracts, brand conversions, and savings tracking.
• Review pricing for discrepancies and ensure approvals.
• Resolve issues related to inventory, backorders, and invoices.
• Host weekly cross-functional meetings and develop reporting requirements.
