Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to analyze and present business trends to identify opportunities for improvement. You will work with customers, sales teams and vendors to drive results tied to distribution metrics and KPI reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong data analysis capabilities, and proficient Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of analysis experience, or a HS diploma with 5 years in analysis.
Experience delivering presentations to various audience levels.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Strong relationships across organization and with vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, print settings).

Responsibilities

Create, maintain relationships with customer, sales teams and vendor community.
Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms; present findings to procurement.
Measure trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of pricing and inventory KPIs.
Support sales by managing contracts, brand conversions, and tracking savings/projects.
Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements.
