Celonis is seeking a senior transformation leader to spearhead strategic Retail and CPG accounts. You will partner with Enterprise Sales and Product Engineering, acting as the principal strategic architect for large footprints, translating omnichannel supply chain strategies into data-driven execution.

You will own high-visibility Celonis-driven transformations, architect CoEs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and operational improvements for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in Big Four or elite consulting at Director/MD/Partner level.
• Retail/CPG vertical expertise with multi-million-dollar transformations.
• SaaS and Process Intelligence vision with enterprise software leverage.
• Fluency in modern retail/SC tech stacks (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data/AI paradigms.
• Commercial acumen in origination, relationships and growth.

• Advise C-suite and translate macro pressures into transformation roadmaps.
• Architect and implement Celonis-driven end-to-end operating models.
• Direct value-based business cases with multi-million-dollar savings.
• Sponsor Celonis-driven transformations for Fortune 500 clients.
• Design Centers of Excellence and governance for data-driven decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve friction across ERP/WMS stacks.
