Job summary

Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, seeks a seasoned Client Value Partner to lead our Life Sciences value engineering efforts. You will guide executive stakeholders, align Celonis resources, and drive measurable business impact across complex programs.

This role requires deep SaaS experience, global collaboration, and the ability to craft roadmaps that realize ROI while navigating large organizations. Travel up to 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience driving end-to-end large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
• Deep exposure to change management and navigating large global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key executives, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives.
• Staff engagements leveraging global cross-functional Celonis teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering).
• Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturation.
• Mentor and coach team members and provide performance feedback to managers.
