Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer specializing in CPG to tackle business-critical challenges for top consumer brands. You will partner with enterprise clients on complex objectives—from manufacturing to TPM, DSD optimization, and dynamic logistics routing—building Celonis solutions that combine PI with AI/ML technologies.

Expect to prototype solutions, demonstrate value to global CSCOs and Commercial Excellence Executives, and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting functions
• Strong technical skills across cloud platforms and data/AI tech
• Value-driven selling with ability to identify and realize business value
• Project management across multiple accounts and collaboration with Celonis Ecosystem partners
• Strong presentation skills for internal/external stakeholders and demos
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales activities across the full customer lifecycle.
• Frame insights and drive ROI and adoption programs at enterprise scale.
• Serve as domain expert across customer industry and scale knowledge.
• Translate customer requirements into innovative AI-driven Celonis solutions.
