Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Applied Value Engineer to solve business-critical problems for strategic customers in the CPG and Retail sector. Responsibilities

• AI Discovery & Solutioning: Understand customers' AI strategies and sector-specific challenges; translate requirements into innovative solutions.
• Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: Drive the full customer lifecycle from technical discovery to post-sale guidance for value realization.
• Hackathons & Prototyping: Rapidly build prototypes during customer hackathons addressing inventory routing and promotional alignment.
• Agentic Process Transformation: Shift to autonomous AI agents with Process Intelligence to ensure real ROI on deployments.
• Proof Projects: Architect and deliver Value-based projects with secure, scalable LLM/agent systems integrated with enterprise data.
• Domain & Industry Leadership: Serve as the technical SME for CPG and retail, expanding value across global brands and partners.
