The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale customer success through value realization and adoption strategies at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy and client management.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage external stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver able to translate customer outcomes to technical solutions.
• Energy/infrastructure sector experience is a plus; engineering degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Neara platform to translate functionality and value to customers.
• Engage directly with customers, including on-site work, to drive platform adoption and ensure outcomes.
• Define and deliver business cases and ROI metrics aligned to customer goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, embedding Neara in customer workflows and change management.
• Collaborate with Sales/Deployment to drive adoption, growth, and value delivery.
