Neara is hiring a Customer Value Architect to work directly with high-value customers, translating Neara’s engineering-grade digital models into measurable ROI and business value. You will drive platform adoption, collaborate with Sales and Deployment, and enable customers to embed Neara solutions into their operations.

The role requires significant enterprise experience, on-site engagements with customers, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement and client management.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Understand Neara platform and translate its value to customers.
• Engage directly with customers, including on-site work to drive platform adoption.
• Define and deliver business cases and ROI metrics for value delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to ensure customer happiness and growth.
• Design focused training sessions aligned with customer goals and workflows.
