Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in a client management or account management role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with utilities or construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain connections with utilities, co-ops, and contractors.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure follow-through.
• Monitor client capital programs and project pipelines.
• Identify opportunities in transmission, distribution, and civil work.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to bid effectively.
• Represent Phillips Power at industry events and forums.
• Maintain utility portals and prequalification status.
• Provide updates on opportunities and market conditions.
