Phillips Power is seeking a Client Manager to cultivate strong relationships with utilities, co-ops, and prime contractors. You will be the main client contact, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

You will stay ahead of client capital programs and actively pursue opportunities in transmission, distribution, and civil power scopes. Strong communication and collaboration are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with regulated utilities, electric co-ops, or T-line prime contractors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative mindset with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain connections with procurement, engineering, and project management at utilities and prime contractors.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.
• Stay informed on client capital programs and project pipelines.
• Identify opportunities in transmission, distribution, and civil power scopes.
• Maintain a live pursuit pipeline and brief BD leadership on market trends.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations to keep proposals competitive.
• Represent Phillips Power at industry events and utility forums.
