Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Account Director, Utility to manage and grow a strategic utility customer relationship in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the customer and Hitachi Energy, aligning business priorities with our power and energy portfolio. You will work with customer executives, internal teams, and project groups to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support long-term account growth.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Experience managing direct reports is preferred.
• Exposure to multiple products, customers, geographies, or market segments.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a matrixed team.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with utility executives.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and business goals.
• Coordinate resources across multiple business units to deliver customer value.

• Support capture planning, opportunity development, and strategic project pursuits.
• Coach and coordinate account team members to ensure effective execution and customer engagement.
