Job summary

ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive for the 25-49 employee market in the United States. You will drive new business growth within a defined territory, selling cloud-based HCM solutions to business owners and decision-makers, covering payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management.

You'll manage the full sales cycle, prospecting and closing deals while leveraging ADP's training, technology, and support to maximize earnings and career growth in a Fortune 250 environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience or business development.
• Proven New Business Hunter with a consultative approach.
• Positive self-starter and agile problem solver with a tech mindset.
• Strong ability to leverage digital tools and data to drive results.
