Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to provide the client experience by handling transactions, educating on digital banking, and supporting sales activities. You will act as a secondary contact for new accounts and assist with branch needs while maintaining strong controls and service quality.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, relationship building, and ability to travel or work extended hours as needed. Weekend coverage is possible, with competitive hourly pay.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned.
• Educate clients on digital, self‑service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to make banking easier and enhance their service experience.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training classes.
