Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely, accurate client transactions and educate customers on digital banking solutions. You will support sales and service, handle outbound calls, and assist Integrated Relationship Management to meet clients’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software.
• Able to travel and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with friendly conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and improve product knowledge.
