Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Part-time Universal Banker to provide timely and accurate client service, handle transactions, and educate customers on digital banking options. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints and use PC software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service and online banking options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
