First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Solutions Officer to develop and expand business relationships through referrals, business development, and coordinated treasury services with Commercial Banking colleagues.

In this role you will meet Treasury goals, lead account plans, and deliver tailored treasury management solutions to commercial clients, public sector, and non-profit accounts. Strong communication, sales acumen, and knowledge of treasury products are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years experience in financial services.
• Experience in treasury management preferred.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable business with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain and grow a network and pipeline for treasury opportunities.
• Expand relationships through business development and community involvement.
• Sell treasury management services to commercial customers and prospects within a defined territory.
• Coordinate treasury solutions with Commercial Teams and Branch Managers.
• Assist customers with treasury relationships, payments, and related services.
• Conduct training on product changes and treasury solutions with partners.
• Lead relationship reviews to identify opportunities to expand services.
