Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years experience in financial services.
• Experience in treasury management and/or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable business with Relationship Managers; create account plans.
• Maintain a strong pipeline including treasury opportunities.
• Expand accounts through business development and community involvement.
• Sell Treasury Management services to Commercial customers in the territory.
• Coordinate setup, pricing, and delivery of treasury/payments solutions.
• Assist customers with treasury management, payments, and related services.
• Keep knowledge of competitor products and pricing updated.
• Conduct relationship reviews to identify expansion opportunities.
• Meet or exceed Treasury goals by selling bank solutions.
• Represent First Interstate Bank and promote a favorable image in the community.
• Manage and develop customer relationships and provide exemplary service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
