Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Solutions Officer to expand business relationships through referrals, development programs, and close collaboration with Commercial Banking colleagues. The role aims to meet Treasury goals and support the bank's strategic initiatives.

The role involves partnering with Relationship Managers to build a strong account plans, sourcing opportunities, and promoting treasury and payment solutions across a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years experience in financial services or equivalent.
• Treasury management and/or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable business with Relationship Managers and clients.
• Maintain pipeline and source treasury opportunities in the market.
• Sell Treasury Management services to Commercial customers.
• Coordinate setup, pricing, and delivery of treasury solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Assist clients with treasury, payments, credit cards, and related services.
• Lead relationship reviews and identify additional opportunities to expand services.
