Job summary

The Treasury Solutions Officer at First Interstate Bank will develop and expand business relationships, meeting or exceeding Treasury goals through referrals, business development, and coordinated efforts with Commercial Banking teams.

They will present treasury and payment solutions, maintain a strong account pipeline, and promote community and client-focused banking in Lincoln, Omaha, or Clive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4-6 years experience in financial services and/or equivalent.
• Experience in treasury management and/or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable business from prospects and existing clients with plan execution.
• Maintain pipeline and source treasury opportunities in the assigned market.
• Sell Treasury Management services to Commercial customers and prospects.
• Coordinate setup, pricing, and delivery of treasury solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist customers with treasury management relationships, payments, cards, and merchant services.
• Lead trainings on product changes and Treasury Solutions for partners.
