Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks a Treasury Solutions Officer to broaden business relationships and exceed Treasury goals through referrals, development programs, and strong collaboration with Commercial Banking colleagues.

You will manage treasury services, price treasury products, and support clients with payments, merchant services, and related solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and a focus on community relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years in financial services or related field.
• Experience in treasury management and/or business development preferred.
• Strong client relationship, marketing, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable business with prospective and existing clients and create account plans.
• Source treasury opportunities and expand relationships through business development and community involvement.
• Sell Treasury Management services to commercial customers within a defined territory.
• Coordinate treasury and payment solutions with Commercial Teams and Relationship Managers.
• Assist customers with treasury management setup, payments, and related services.
