Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Cedar Rapids and North Liberty, IA seeks a Treasury Solutions Officer to grow business through referrals, business development, and client programs, partnering with Commercial Banking colleagues.

This role meets treasury goals, selling treasury management services, managing customer relationships, and supporting complex accounts across a defined market. Strong relationship and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4-6 years experience in financial services and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in treasury management and/or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable business with Relationship Managers and plan accounts.
• Maintain a strong network and pipeline including treasury opportunities in the assigned market.
• Sell Treasury Management services to Commercial clients within territory.
• Coordinate treasury and payment solutions with Commercial Teams, Branch Managers, and relationship teams.
• Assist customers with treasury management setup, payments, and related services.
• Lead relationship reviews to identify opportunities to expand services and revenue.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Represent First Interstate Bank and develop new leads in the community.
