Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Delivery Specialist I to support onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships across multiple Montana markets, including Helena and nearby cities.

You will identify cross‑selling opportunities, collaborate with Treasury Solutions Officers and partners, and ensure client needs are met through comprehensive service and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination.
• Face to face, phone, and/or email customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes trusted relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Payments Consultants, and Retail Network.
• Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, and more.
• Resolves operational issues in Treasury products and services to satisfaction of customer and bank policies.
