Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishs trusts and collaborates with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Payments Consultants, and Retail Network to support Treasury customers.
• Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, and more.
• Works with Treasury Ops to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and helps generate non-interest income through fee-based products.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and supports relationship reviews and audits.
