Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Cedar Rapids or North Liberty, IA seeks a Treasury Solutions Officer to develop and expand business relationships through referrals, client outreach, and community involvement.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, sell Treasury Management services, coordinate setup and pricing, and guide customers through payments, cash flow solutions, and related banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial services.
• Experience in treasury management and/or business development preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable business from clients and prospects; create account plans.
• Maintain a strong network and pipeline; source treasury opportunities.
• Sell Treasury Management services to commercial customers within territory.
• Coordinate setup, pricing, and delivery of treasury solutions with teams.
• Assist customers with treasury management, payments, and related services.
• Lead relationship reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Represent the bank in the community and build client relationships.
