Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking in the Tampa area. The role focuses on generating new treasury management business while maintaining and expanding client relationships through deep product knowledge and market strategy.

You will collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams to deliver comprehensive treasury solutions and drive profitability across a client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills for new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit, risk, overdraft management, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities with industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders to reflect client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership at roundtables, conferences, webinars and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
