Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to grow treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop a localized market and product strategy and partner with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams.

You will collaborate with senior clients to provide integrated treasury solutions, lead complex reviews, and deliver insights at roundtables and conferences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business through prospecting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, COI, and external consulting organization.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities with internal solution specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development of complex solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability across relationships.
